01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature on the 68d22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you, the user, and 68d22, which operates the platform available at 68d22.net.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use 68d22's services. Continued use of the platform after any update to the terms constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes made. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of interpreting these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Platform or 68d22

The website 68d22.net and all associated Sports Betting and online casino services operated by 68d22.

User or You

Any individual who creates an account or uses the services of the 68d22 platform.

Account

The individual account created by a user on 68d22, linked to a single CPF and email address.

Real Balance

The amount in BRL available in the account for betting and withdrawals, derived from deposits or winnings from bets and games.

Bonus Balance

Promotional credits granted by 68d22 that cannot be withdrawn directly and are subject to specific rollover requirements.

Rollover or Wagering Requirement

The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings generated from it can be transferred to the real balance and withdrawn.

KYC (Know Your Customer)

A mandatory identity verification process that 68d22 carries out to confirm that the account belongs to its legitimate holder.

Pix

Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system, used as the primary deposit and withdrawal method at 68d22.

03 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use 68d22's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum age: Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 68d22 does not accept and will not tolerate the registration or use of the platform by anyone under 18, under any circumstances.
• Residency: Be a resident of Brazil and access the platform from within Brazilian territory.

• Accurate information: Provide only accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Submitting false information will result in immediate account closure.

68d22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify a user's eligibility. Accounts with pending verification may have withdrawal functionality temporarily suspended until the KYC process is complete.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

68d22 accepts only Brazilian payment methods. We do not perform currency conversion — all transactions are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL). Accepted methods are:

• Pix: Primary method. Deposits approved in seconds, available 24 hours a day. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• Bank slip (boleto): Credited within 1 business day after payment. Available at banks including Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Nubank, and others.
• Credit and debit card: We accept cards from domestic and international networks issued in Brazil, in the name of the account holder.
• PicPay: Instant transfer via PicPay digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago: Payment via Mercado Pago wallet linked to the user's CPF.
• TED transfer: Via banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

68d22 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used to deposit must be linked to the account holder's CPF. Deposits from unverifiable sources may be held for review and, where applicable, returned to the sender.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 68d22 are processed exclusively via Pix to Brazilian bank accounts whose CPF matches the CPF registered on the platform. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum amount: R$ 30.00 per withdrawal request.
• Processing time: Up to 4 minutes for Pix withdrawals after the request is approved.
• KYC verification: Required for withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or as requested by the compliance system. Required documents: national ID or driver's license, proof of address, and a selfie for verification.
• Withdrawal method: 68d22 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix. The Pix key provided must be linked to the account holder's CPF.
• No fees: 68d22 charges no fees on withdrawals. The full amount requested is transferred directly to the user's account.
• Real Balance: Only the real balance (not the bonus balance) can be withdrawn. Bonus balance converts to real balance once the applicable rollover requirements have been met.

68d22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals in cases flagged as high-risk by its compliance system. This request does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing and is part of the platform's standard controls.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

68d22 offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms published with each offer. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are:

• Mandatory rollover: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement is clearly disclosed prior to bonus activation.
• Non-stackable: Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be combined with one another. Accepting a new bonus may cancel any previously active promotions.
• One bonus per user: Welcome promotions and offers for new users apply to one registration per CPF. Accounts created with the intent of claiming multiple bonuses will be closed.
• Validity: Bonuses have clearly stated usage periods and expiration dates. Any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled upon expiration.
• Eligible markets: Each promotion specifies the eligible markets and bet types for rollover completion. Bets placed on excluded markets may not count toward the wagering requirement.

07 Sports Betting

Sports Betting on 68d22 covers the Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, Free Fire), NBB, MMA/UFC, volleyball, and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Odds: Odds reflect the estimated probability of each event and include the house margin. Odds are updated in real time, and the value confirmed at the moment the bet is placed is the one that stands, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Confirmed bets: Once confirmed by the system, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user. Please review all selections before confirming your bet slip.
• Odds errors: 68d22 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (for example: odds of 100:1 on a high-probability outcome). The user will be notified and the staked amount returned to their real balance.
• Cancelled or postponed events: If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 72 hours from the original date, all bets on that event will be voided and the amounts returned to the real balance.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to broadcast delays, and 68d22 may suspend markets at any time during an event for technical or integrity reasons.
• Bet limit: 68d22 reserves the right to set a maximum bet amount per event, per user, without being required to provide a reason.

Match-fixing is a serious violation of these terms and of Brazilian law. Any suspected involvement in match manipulation schemes will result in immediate account closure, balance retention, and a report to the relevant authorities.

08 Casino & Games

The 68d22 casino features roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, crash games, and live game shows. The following conditions apply to all casino games:

• Certified RNG: All digital games use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted by any external system.
• Live: Live tables are streamed in real time with professional dealers. Any technical interruptions to the stream do not affect the validity of results for rounds that have already been completed.
• RTP: The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is listed in the game specifications. RTP reflects the long-term statistical return — individual session results may vary significantly.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game and table has specific betting limits displayed in the game interface. 68d22 may change these limits without prior notice.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 68d22 and will result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and, depending on severity, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Use by minors under 18 — strictly prohibited and subject to reporting to child protection authorities.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation — submitting false documents, using another person's identity, or any form of deception during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering — using the platform as a vehicle to conceal the origin or destination of illicit funds. 68d22 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts — creating more than one account in order to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent restrictions applied to the original account.
• Automation and bots — use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human behavior for placing bets, scraping odds, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Bonus abuse — coordinated use of multiple accounts or techniques known as "bonus hunting" to extract value from promotions without genuine intent to play.
• Match fixing — any attempt to influence the outcome of sporting events or casino games on which the user has active bets.
• Unauthorized access — attempts to access 68d22 systems, other users' accounts, or infrastructure through unauthorized means.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their 68d22 account at any time, free of charge, by contacting support via chat or email (contato@68d22.net). Before closure, any remaining real balance will be withdrawn in accordance with the rules in section 5. Bonus balances not yet converted to real balance will be cancelled.

68d22 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any item under section 9 (Prohibited Conduct);
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Failure to provide the requested KYC verification documents within the established deadline;
• Extended account inactivity with a zero balance for more than 24 months;
• Legal or regulatory requirement mandating account closure.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, 68d22 reserves the right to hold the full account balance during the investigation period. If the investigation finds no irregularities, the balance will be returned. If irregularities are confirmed, the balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable law.

11 Responsible Gambling

68d22 is seriously committed to responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools directly within the user's account, accessible at any time:

• Deposit limits: Configurable by day, week, or month. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Betting limits: Maximum amount per bet or per session, configurable by the user.
• Loss limit: Maximum loss allowed within a given period, after which new bets are blocked until the cycle resets.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Voluntary account block for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanent account closure with a block preventing future re-registration using the same CPF.

13 Limitation of Liability

68d22 is not liable for financial losses arising from bets or games placed on the platform, except where a demonstrable platform error has occurred. Sports Betting and casino games carry inherent financial risk — users assume full responsibility for their own gambling decisions.

68d22 is also not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's end during a game or live bet;
• Outcomes of bets placed based on information from third parties, including tipsters, betting communities, or any other external source;
• Indirect or consequential damages, or loss of earnings related to the use of or inability to use the platform;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence (weak passwords, credential sharing, etc.).

68d22's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

68d22 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in response to regulatory changes in the Brazilian Sports Betting and gambling market. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 7 days in advance via email or an in-platform notification.

Minor changes — such as spelling corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not materially alter the substance of the terms — may be made without prior notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent version.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the sports betting sector in Brazil.

Any dispute arising from the use of the 68d22 platform that cannot be resolved directly with customer support must be submitted to the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

68d22 encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Before pursuing any legal action, the user must contact support via live chat or email (contato@68d22.net) so the matter can be reviewed and resolved internally.
